D R Horton Criminality? What do you think?

On August 22nd, I file my civil complaint.  On August 24th, the D R Horton controlled Home Owner's Association takes a picture of my vandalized tree.
In late November I inform D R Horton's Oakland law firm that I will be refiling my civil complaint which was dismissed without prejudice for a procedural reason.  The following week, Horton sends me a message not to refile by shearing my 3 steel stake supported, steel cable restrained tree off at its base.  Likely a tow strap was looped to the trunk and then pulled by a car.
In April I begin to inquire as to why the Deputy Commissioner of Mortgage Lending hasnt investigated my fraud.  I subpoena her office twice for required information that I am due- namely a written explanation as to why DHI was not found to have violated any laws.
The Assistant Deputy Commissioner had resigned within one month of my subpoenas.
	The official anouncement for a replacement deputy commissioner and the receipts for both attempted break ins to my Nevada home.
