Horton files with Nevada's Engineering and Contractors' Board in retaliation for my
investigations into Horton's deceptive business practices. I have two engineering degrees, have a California Contractor's
License (697370) and am licensed in Nevada as an expert witness and consultant regarding construction defects #6/2005300638.

Neither the Engineer's nor Contractors' Board took any action. Each requested
that I clarify which professional services are offered in each respective state. Both Boards were apprised
of the reasons for Horton's retaliatory complaint filings.

D R Horton threatened my California law license (219614) with the above letter
and in retaliation for my uncovering their nationwide predatory lending. This is a Federal crime- Whistle Blower law
USC Title 18 Section 1513.

The California Bar found no violation. They were also apprised of the reasons
for Horton's retaliatory actions.

The above is another empty threat to file a defamation suit. Why hasn't Horton
filed all those suits? Would the document to the right have something to do with it? I have DOZENS more such documents,
HUNDREDS of aggrieved consumers, TENS of insiders and SCORES of defrauded professionals. What do you think, -have I

in an Associated Press article by Ken Harney, entitled 'Builder-Lender Partnerships Draw HUD Eye.' This article came
out the month after I submitted those dozens of consumer declarations to that agency

On May 10th, D R Horton admitted that they would have their outside counsel, Wendel
Rosen, file a complaint with the California State Bar (for retaliation for my being a whistle blower).

On September 7th, 2007, D R Horton is desperate to keep that same May 10th admission
out of federal court where one of the claims is for using retaliatory efforts which tortiously interferes with a federal whistleblower.
